Job summary

South East Retrofit Solutions Ltd is a Stansted Mountfitchet-based retrofit consultancy providing assessment, design, coordination and energy-efficiency services across London and the South East. We are seeking an experienced Retrofit Bookings Administrator to join our team in Stansted Mountfitchet.

The role focuses on booking and coordinating Retrofit Assessments and other property surveys, working with our administration team and communicating daily with residents, clients and assessors.

Qualifications

• Experience booking or scheduling appointments with residents/customers.
• Excellent telephone and communication skills.
• Strong diary management and organisational abilities.
• Experience using CRM or project management software.

Responsibilities

• Contact residents to arrange Retrofit Assessments and surveys.
• Manage assessors’ diaries and allocate appointments.
• Plan appointments by location, availability and travel time.
• Confirm appointments and handle cancellations.
• Coordinate with residents, assessors, and clients.
• Update CRM/project records and monitor progress.
