Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling or coordination, preferably in construction, retrofit or housing sectors.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple contractors and clients.
• Able to manage workload effectively and work well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage scheduling for Retrofit Assessments and appointments.
• Ensure each phase of work is scheduled in the correct order.
• Act as the first point of contact for booking enquiries.
