Fortus Recruitment Group in Berkshire is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead retrofit and decarbonisation projects for a social housing client. You will oversee a team including a Project Manager, site managers and resident liaison officers, ensuring on-time delivery and value creation.

Qualifications

• Extensive building knowledge with retrofit contract management experience.
• Experience leading multiple site teams and strategic project planning.
• Strong knowledge of BSR and Building Safety Act; proficient IT (Excel/Outlook/Word).
• Ability to build a collaborative, target-driven contract team and client relationships.
• SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS and Asbestos Awareness required; NVQ Level 6 Diploma and Level 5 Retrofit Qualification desirable.

Responsabilités

• Ensure P&L, budgets and deadlines are met.
• Maintain service quality to the highest standard and control costs.
• Create CPP & programming of works and budgeting.
• Implement strong H&S across all projects.
• Direct team including site management, supervisors, RLOs and subcontractors.
• Report directly to the Operations manager.
