Magenta Living is seeking an experienced Retirement Living Team Leader to lead the delivery of our Retirement Living and Extra Care services. You will manage a portfolio of sheltered and extra care schemes, provide leadership to customer‑facing teams, and ensure excellent customer service that helps residents thrive in their communities.

With a focus on wellbeing, tenancy sustainment, safeguarding and customer engagement, you will shape services that make a real difference to people’s lives.

About The Role

Are you passionate about supporting older people to live independently, safely and well? We are looking for an experienced and motivated Retirement Living Team Leader to lead the delivery of our Retirement Living and Extra Care services.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of sheltered and extra care schemes, providing leadership to customer-facing teams, ensuring excellent customer service, and developing strong partnerships that help residents thrive in their communities. With a focus on wellbeing, tenancy sustainment, safeguarding and customer engagement, you'll play a key role in shaping services that make a real difference to people's lives.

The successful candidate will have experience of leading teams, managing performance, working with older and vulnerable people, and building effective relationships with internal and external partners. Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills are essential.
