Magenta Living is recruiting an experienced Energy & Utilities Accounts Manager to oversee energy accounts, contracts, meters, billing and consumption data across a portfolio of homes in the North West. The role focuses on resolving supplier and metering issues, improving records, and using data to control costs and inform business decisions.
This is a commercial and operational utilities role, requiring substantive energy or utility account-management experience.
We’re recruiting an experienced Energy & Utilities Accounts Manager with hands-on knowledge of energy suppliers, accounts, contracts, meters, billing and consumption data across a large or complex property portfolio.
You’ll lead the resolution of supplier, billing and metering issues, improve the accuracy of our portfolio records and use financial and consumption data to identify risks, control costs and support clear business decisions.
This is a commercial and operational utilities role rather than a retrofit delivery or assessment position, so substantive energy or utility account-management experience is essential.
