Job summary

Riverside is seeking a Floating Retirement Living Assistant to support retirement living and sheltered housing across multiple schemes in the Liverpool City Region. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours, with a salary of £26,227.50 per annum and a pattern of Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm, excluding bank holidays.

You will handle tenancy records, deliver a housing management service, and work with partners to promote independent living while safeguarding residents and maintaining confidential records.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with vulnerable and older people.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal and external agencies.
• Front line tenancy housing management support including money advice and benefits referrals.
• Ensure Riverside Health and Safety policy is implemented at the scheme.
• Report repairs and assist residents with reporting repairs.
• Liaise with contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Promote customer involvement and co-production for outcomes.
• Build relationships with older residents and share local services information.
