Job summary

Riverside is seeking a Floating Retirement Living Assistant to provide frontline tenancy housing management support across the Liverpool City Region. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a professional and supportive service while maintaining confidential records.

The role requires experience with vulnerable and older people, strong IT skills, and a collaborative approach. Working hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, with a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with vulnerable and/or older people.
• IT skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline tenancy housing management support.
• Money advice, benefits & health & wellbeing referrals.
• Maintain schemes records securely and confidentially.
• Liaise with contractors to ensure high service.
• Promote independence and engage with residents.
