Qualifications

• Penultimate-year university student
• Numerate discipline with predicted 2:1 (or equivalent, Maths-focused)
• Strong numeric abilities and data interpretation
• Good communicator with relationship-building skills
• Motivated to solve challenging technical problems
• Interested in a career in consulting and retirement pensions

Responsibilities

• Contribute to live projects for a broad client base
• Learn from industry experts within the Retirement team
• Gain on-the-job experience through a structured induction and training
• Develop technical and consulting skills during the programme
