Job summary

WTW is offering an eight-week internship in its Retirement team. You will be immersed in live pension projects, learning from industry experts and gaining exposure to Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes.

As an intern, you will develop consulting and technical skills through a comprehensive induction and training program, while building relationships with clients and colleagues. Hybrid working arrangements are available to support your learning journey.

Qualifications

• Penultimate year at university.
• On track for a 2:1 in a numerate subject or 2:1 with A-Level Maths.

This is the perfect opportunity to understand what you could expect if you joined our trainee consultant programme the following year. Many of our interns return as permanent team members after graduation.

Requirements:

• In your penultimate year at university


• On course to achieve a 2:1 degree in a numerate discipline or predicted 2:1 degree including A-Level Maths grade A/B or equivalent qualifications
