Isio invites penultimate-year undergraduates to join a ten-week summer internship in Pensions Actuarial and Consulting. You will work alongside experienced colleagues on real client projects, learning how mathematics, data and clear communication support pension decisions.

The programme runs from late June to early September in Bristol. Entry requirements include being in the penultimate year and graduating in 2028, with no prior pensions experience required.

• Demonstrate mathematical and problem-solving potential during recruitment.

• Carry out calculations for individual pension scheme members and client organisations.
