WTW's Retirement internship offers early exposure to pension risk and retirement consulting within a global team. You’ll work on live projects, learn from industry experts, and apply numerate coursework to real client challenges in a supportive training environment.

Open to penultimate-year students with a 2:1 in a numerate subject, this eight-week programme blends office and home working in a hybrid setup and aims to develop analytical and client-facing skills for a future trainee consultant

Responsibilities:

Joining us for eight weeks, you'll build invaluable real-world experience fully integrated in our Retirement business. You'll work with and learn from industry experts, while:

• Applying your education to a range of challenging live projects across our unrivalled client base
• Helping our clients understand and manage their pension risks
• Gaining a wide range of on-the-job experience
• Developing technical and consulting skills through a full induction, wide-ranging training program and ongoing continual learning opportunities
• Building your understanding of the work we do and the future opportunities we offer

This is the perfect opportunity to understand what you could expect if you joined our trainee consultant programme the following year. Many of our interns return as permanent team members after graduation.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Eager to learn and contribute

• A confident communicator who knows how to build relationships
• Keen to solve challenging technical problems
• In your penultimate year at university
• On course to achieve a 2:1 degree in a numerate discipline or predicted 2:1 degree including A-Level Maths grade A/B or equivalent qualifications
