Job summary

Optical Express in Glasgow is seeking a Retentions Agent to engage with patients, handle enquiries, overcome objections and build rapport to support their eye care journey.

This full-time, on-site role offers a salary from £27,040 plus bonus, 40 hours per week, and opportunities for development through training and progression.

Role: Retentions Agent

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week

Location: Glasgow, fully on-site

Salary: From £27,040 plus bonus
