Job summary

Optical Express Group in Glasgow is seeking a part-time Contact Centre - Outbound Sales to convert warm leads into booked consultations. You will engage patients interested in refractive treatments and guide them through our booking journey.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experience, achieving targets, and developing strong patient relationships in a modern office setting.

Location: Glasgow City Centre - Office based

Salary: £13.00 Plus Bonus

Role responsibility :

Responsible for contacting patients who have shown interest in refractive treatments—including laser eye surgery and lens replacement. This role is all about converting warm leads into booked consultations by understanding patient needs and showcasing the value of our services.
