Job summary

Lithia UK, at our Head Office, offers a hybrid Contact Centre Executive role based in Nottingham. You will reach out to existing customers whose vehicles need servicing, MOT, and follow-up work, while actively selling service plans and related products.

Strong sales experience and a customer-first mindset are essential. You will contribute to high-quality customer care, maintain documentation, and meet daily targets within a supportive, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Contact existing customers due for service, MOT, or follow-up work.
• Upsell service plans and products to meet customer needs.
• Build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Work toward daily and monthly targets and KPI’s.
• Adhere to Data Protection and GDPR requirements.
