Lithia UK Head Office is recruiting for a Hybrid Working Contact Centre Executive. The role involves proactively contacting existing customers to arrange MOTs, services and appropriate follow-up work, while upselling service plans and products.

You’ll build strong relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and meet daily KPI targets. The position offers a £26,436.80 salary with bonus and a pension, plus extensive benefits such as 33 days holiday, life assurance, and corporate discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a target-driven sales or retention environment.
• Strong customer-service orientation with focus on satisfaction.
• Proven ability to upsell products or services.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
