We have an opportunity for a Retention Sales Consultant to join our Brand-New Retention Sales Team based in Blackburn (BB1 2PR) on a full-time, permanent basis.

SALARY: £27,500 per annum OTE £56,000

What You'll be Doing as a Retention Sales Consultant:

As a Retention Sales Consultant, no two days will be the same, but you will always strive to provide the best customer experience. You will work with customers to understand and identify pain points in order to retain our customers and offer a compelling value proposition.

This is a desk-based role that will offer hybrid working (after the initial training period, all held at Head Office in Blackburn).

Duties Include:
  • Manage CRM database and update all records
  • Manage and retain cancellation requests
  • Make outbound calls to customers and manage the customer status
  • Take inbound calls for cancellation requests
  • Support the team on technical advice and educate customers
  • Ability to handle objections
  • Aim to resolve issues and queries at the first point of contact
  • Provide accurate written communication in a clear and professional manner
  • Question and engage with customers to understand their needs and requirements
  • Work in line with standards and processes set by the business
  • Work towards monthly retentions targets

WORKING HOURS: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday
