Teya in London is building a financial platform for local businesses across Europe. The Retention & Recovery Lead owns the pipeline from first sign to write-off, unifying churn, collections and recovery.

You’ll design journeys, apply AI, lead a small credit control team, and coordinate with risk, commercial, billing and legal. The role blends product thinking with collections, in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Formación

• Hands-on experience managing collections and recovery workflows.
• Experience designing end-to-end customer journeys across retention and collections.
• Ability to combine product thinking with data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Own the retention-to-recovery pipeline end to end from churn signal to write-off.
• Partner with data to build an AI retention engine and run holdout tests.
• Align with Commercial on how save conversations are delivered and risk actions weighed.
• Design exit processes for leaving merchants with clear reasons and statements.
• Build automated collections starting on negative balances using multiple channels.
• Lead and scale credit control team as the capability grows.
• Coordinate with Billing, Payments, Logistics, Credit, and Legal to unify flows.
• Define, report and feed metrics into onboarding, pricing and policy.
• Prepare capability to scale with growth and hire the credit control team.
