Job summary

Daisy Communications is looking for a Commercial Manager to develop retention pricing strategies and reactive toolkits that protect profitability. The role involves designing proactive campaigns to improve base value and customer loyalty, and working with product teams to align pricing with business objectives.

The role is office-based with hours Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours, located in the UK across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with experience in retention pricing and commercial assessments.
• Ability to interpret market trends and customer data to inform pricing decisions.
• Excellent collaboration across product, sales and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage retention pricing strategies, including reactive toolkits for customer retention.
• Design and implement proactive campaigns aimed at improving base value and driving customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with product teams and Commercial Transformation to align pricing strategies with sector objectives.
• Manage pricing for product end-of-life activities to ensure smooth transitions and maintain profitability.
• Work directly with sales teams to optimise discount portfolio and maximise returns.
• Conduct business cases and commercial assessments on pricing proposals to ensure strategic alignment and profitability.
