Job summary

BMW Group UK is seeking a Retailer Support Executive to help streamline retailer-facing sales processes for BMW and MINI UK & IE, including ordering, invoicing and registration. Based at Summit One Campus, Farnborough, this role partners with internal teams to ensure smooth BAU operations.

You will resolve process issues, coordinate with stakeholders, and support retailer operations through effective ticket management and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• Relevant education or training in Business, Automotive Operations or related discipline desirable.
• Experience in the automotive and/or customer service industry.
• Experience working in retailer support, sales operations or process-driven sales administration is desirable.
• Highly computer literate with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience of BMW Sales systems is desirable.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex scenarios simultaneously.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across a broad stakeholder base

Responsibilities

• Support retailer and internal users with ordering, invoicing, registration and retail notification processes.
• Support direct sales channel process execution, ensuring issues are resolved accurately and in a timely manner.
• Operate within the day-to-day ticket management and incident resolution process, ensuring cases are prioritised, tracked and closed effectively.
• Support elimination of disruptive processes affecting retailers and internal sales operations.
• Verify and support invoicing-related activities for direct sales channels, including retailer or goodwill-related adjustments where authorised.
• Plan and deliver retailer sales process coaching workshops in conjunction with other Sales functions and training teams.
• Facilitate communication with internal teams to resolve retailer processes and marketing-related queries.
