Job summary

BMW Group UK is seeking a Retailer Support Executive to help streamline retailer-facing sales processes across BMW and MINI UK & IE. The role covers ordering, invoicing, registration and retail notification, acting as a brand function and service provider to relevant channels.

Based at Summit One Campus in Farnborough, the position involves coordinating with internal teams, resolving process issues, managing ticketing, and delivering retailer process coaching workshops to ensure smooth BAU

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in the automotive and/or customer service industry.
• Experience working in retailer support, sales operations or process-driven sales administration is desirable.
• Experience with operational issue resolution, retailer communication and live process support beneficial.
• Highly computer literate with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support retailer and internal users with ordering, invoicing, registration and retail notification processes.
• Support direct sales channel process execution, ensuring issues are resolved accurately and in a timely manner.
• Operate within the day-to-day ticket management and incident resolution process, ensuring cases are prioritised, tracked and closed effectively.
• Identify recurring issues, operational risks, and training needs and elevate systemic themes to management.
• Plan and deliver retailer sales process coaching workshops in conjunction with other Sales functions and training teams.
