Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Relevant education or training in Business, Automotive Operations or Customer Service desirable.
• Experience in automotive or customer service industry.
• Experience in retailer support, sales operations or process-driven sales administration desirable.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Support retailer and internal users with ordering, invoicing, registration and retail notification processes.
• Support direct sales channel process execution, ensuring issues are resolved accurately and in a timely manner.
• Operate within day-to-day ticket management and incident resolution process, ensuring cases are prioritised, tracked and closed.
• Support elimination of disruptive processes affecting retailers and internal sales operations.
• Verify and support invoicing-related activities for direct sales channels, including retailer or goodwill-related adjustments where authorised.
• Plan and deliver retailer sales process coaching workshops with Sales and training teams.
• Facilitate communication with internal teams to resolve retailer processes and marketing-related queries.
• Support testing and sign-off of key sales software developments and system changes affecting operational processes.
• Identify recurring issues, operational risks, and training needs and escalate systemic themes to management.
