Opera Beds is an established, fast-growing, family-owned business specialising in profiling care beds and mattresses for care organisations, trade retailers, and consumers at home. To support sales growth, we are looking to expand our retailer account management team to continue growth with existing clients and ensure they are well serviced.
As an Account Manager, you will join our retailer sales team and be responsible for managing our retailer customers (mobility shops and furniture stores) in the north of the UK. Your success will depend on building strong relationships, uncovering new sales opportunities, providing in-store product training, staff sales training, introducing new products, and running promotional campaigns. This is a field sales role requiring you to visit customers 3-4 days per week, with the remaining days spent at our Hull head office.
