Vusion is seeking a Business Value Engineer to guide retailers from initial interest to successful pilots, partnering with Account Executives and Solution Engineers. You will shape compelling use cases, define success metrics, and demonstrate business value of our data-driven retail platform.

With expertise in retail insights and data, you will translate customer goals into measurable outcomes, supporting long-term success and ROI across pilot engagements and deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, CS, Marketing, Economics, Data/Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years in pre-sales, solution consulting, technical sales, or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of retail industry and data-driven value.
• Experience translating business challenges into use cases and ROI.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Account Executives and Solution Engineers to ensure pilot engagements succeed.
• Translate customer pain points into actionable use cases demonstrating value.
• Apply retail insights and data to identify opportunities and build value propositions.
• Define measurable success criteria and KPIs for pilots and deployments.
• Prepare and respond to RFIs and RFPs aligned with capabilities.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations highlighting business and technical value.
