Job summary

NiCE is seeking a Value Realisation Services (VRS) Business Portfolio Consultant to own client business cases and drive ROI value from NiCE solutions. This hands-on role requires leading multi-product projects, influencing cross-functional teams, and delivering strategic advisory engagements.

The ideal candidate has strong consulting experience in technology, with a demonstrated ability to mature VRS delivery, lead change management, and generate long-term client value through thought leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in functions and industries NiCE provides services.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in contact center environments preferred.
• Experience with contact center software and AI/digital product implementations from a people/process perspective.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver thought leadership.
• Experience leading organizational change and governance structures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver successful business improvement projects with highly satisfied clients and measurable impact.
• Discover, identify and build business cases for value of NiCE product portfolio.
• Lead consulting projects to drive adoption and ROI realization across enterprise.
• Oversee change management initiatives and ensure executive sponsorship.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and project alignment with product implementation.
• Identify opportunities for additional engagements through renewals and upsell.
