Job summary

Trigo is redefining retail with autonomous checkout and AI-powered loss prevention. As Engagement Manager, you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of in‑store systems at major retailers, from kickoff to deployment and rollout.

You will navigate complex change, integrate Trigo’s product into client operations, and unlock strategic value through collaboration with engineering, product, operations, and leadership. Travel as needed is required for on‑ground execution.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in consulting, investing, or entrepreneurial roles.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end delivery of in-store systems deployments.
• Lead cross-functional planning and delivery across Product, Ops, Engineering, Data and client stakeholders.
• Be the single point of contact for partners, guiding them through integration and value realization.
• Shape product direction by surfacing field insights to inform priorities.
• Use data to measure performance and drive actionable improvements.
• Identify and address pain points across the delivery lifecycle to improve processes, product, or partnerships.
