Trigo Vision Ltd. is seeking an Engagement Associate for the DACH region, based in London. You will work with Engagement Managers to strengthen retailer relationships, understand our technology, support deployments, and manage client operations to independently own accounts.

The DACH market is strategic; you will work with senior management and travel regularly to meet clients and align on AI-driven initiatives.

Qualifications

• German language fluency (native or fluent).
• Strong English required.
• Background bridging business and tech (e.g., Business Informatics, Information Systems, CS).
• Ability to communicate with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage with DACH clients and manage day-to-day operations.
• Support deployments and understand customer needs.
• Coordinate with TechOps and R&D to resolve issues.
• Travel regularly for client engagements.
