Job summary

Trigo is hiring an Engagement Associate to strengthen relationships with leading retailers and support deployments across Europe. You’ll bridge business and tech, coach cross-functional teams, and own client accounts while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German speaker with strong English
• Background bridging business & tech (Business Informatics, Information Systems, CS)
• Comfortable communicating issues to engineering teams
• High ownership mindset and initiative
• Eager to learn fast, collaborate across time zones, AI-first mindset
• Flexibility to travel regularly

Responsibilities

• Visit stores and talk to client staff to understand how technology performs in real world deployments
• Coordinate issue resolution with TechOps and R&D to drive faster fixes
• Use analytics tools to surface data and provide evidence-backed recommendations
• Engage with client operations and IT teams to identify friction and opportunities
• Manage day-to-day queries and keep stakeholders updated with clarity
• Experiment with AI tools to improve workflows and reporting
• Own engagement tasks for clients and support rollout planning and expansion
• Run client reporting and operational reviews to benchmark performance and communicate value
