Job summary

Cook Trading Limited in Bournemouth is seeking a friendly Retail Team Member for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday, 4 hours).

You will welcome customers, help plan menus, advise on offers, keep the shop immaculate, operate the till and manage basic stock tasks. Training is provided and you'll learn the paperwork and checks needed in-store compliance.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service and put customers first.
• Assist customers in planning menus and catering for occasions.
• Keep the shop neat, clean and well-stocked with rotated stock.
• Operate the till accurately and efficiently.
• Understand basic shop paperwork and legal checks.
• Open and close the shop, and handle end-of-day reconciliation.
• Check in deliveries and assist with stock checks and ordering as needed.
• Maintain a smart appearance with apron and name badge at all times.

• Open up the shop. Close the shop,End-of-day reconciliation
• Check in deliveries and placing orders, assist with stock taking as required.
• Look smart with apron, and name badge on at all times.

Hours:4 Hours (Saturday and Sunday)

Pay rate :£13.45 Per Hour

Good to Have

If you are a foodie then great, but we will train you to know our products, including how and where they are made, and to understand what dishes suit which occasions.

Experience not necessary but previous experience of working in Retail or in a customer facing role would be the icing on the cake.
