Job summary

Home Bargains in Wallasey is seeking a hands-on Team Leader to run daily store operations, support staff, and ensure excellent customer service. You will lead by example, manage priorities, and help the team deliver a high-standard shopping experience.

In this fast-paced retail environment, you’ll coach colleagues, mentor new starters, and maintain merchandising and safety standards while driving store performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising others in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
• Ability to prioritise and organise daily tasks effectively.
• Strong focus on delivering great customer service.
• Clear and confident communication with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations with the management team to priorities and hit store goals.
• Welcome new starters, coach colleagues, and build practical skills.
• Assist customers with advice and ensure high-quality service.
