Home Bargains in Cardiff is seeking a proactive Team Leader to drive store performance and lead a busy frontline team. You’ll support colleagues, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of presentation and safety on the shop floor.

You’ll develop leadership skills in a fast-paced environment, coaching colleagues, setting priorities, and sharing best practices to deliver great shopping experiences every day.

Qualificações

• Experience supervising others in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
