National Trust’s Kingston Lacy shop seeks a Retail Team Leader to oversee daily operations, lead a small team and ensure exceptional visitor service. You’ll monitor stock, promote products and contribute to achieving financial targets to support conservation work.

The role involves supervising staff and volunteers, collaborating with other departments, and delivering a high-quality experience for every visitor at Kingston Lacy, Wimborne.
