Screwfix Direct Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Retail Branch Manager and keep customers at the heart of everything we do. You’ll drive store standards, lead by example, and manage budgets and stock to improve profitability.

We offer training, varied shift patterns, and a path for development within a growing team. The role supports a healthy work/life balance with part-time applications welcome, minimum 22.5 hours over 3 days.

• Store standards – ensure smooth operations from front of house to warehouse, maintaining high standards.

• Store management—budgets, rosters and payroll, P&L analysis, stock management and profit improvement.
