Skydance's Harry Potter Shop, King's Cross, is seeking a Retail Team Leader to support Retail Assistants and help deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, scheduling, sales analysis and reporting while deputising when required.

You will develop team rotas, lead training for new and existing staff, and ensure high standards of merchandising and stock management.

Formación

• Proven experience in a retail environment with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience training or supporting development of team members in immersive retail.
• Experience maintaining high merchandising standards and stock replenishment.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct daily team briefs to set the team up for each shift.
• Set sales targets and report figures; motivate the team to achieve them.
• Train existing staff and new starters on policies, procedures and merchandise.
• Develop monthly rotas and daily deployment plans.
• Monitor lateness and absence; address minor performance issues.
• Cash handling and management.
• Replenish stock and maintain high merchandising and housekeeping standards.
• Engage customers with product demonstrations.
