Retail Team Leader... we call you our Brand Leads. As a Brand Lead, you have your own style and are genuine ambassadors for our brand. You are an expert in everything that goes into delivering an amazing customer brand experience in store. You will support the management team to motivate and lead the associate team to achieve store targets and go above and beyond to drive excellence across all areas.
Main responsibilities
Operations & Service
- Deliver the ultimate brand experience using your local knowledge and sales expertise.
- Become an expert in our style choices and bring these to life for our consumers.
- Make important decisions for our consumers, including handling consumer issues in store.
- Be a brand ambassador by role modeling our behaviors, values, and style.
- Build trust through collaboration and open communication.
- Develop your product knowledge and understanding of the business.
- Ensure the store looks amazing, embracing the Superdry store look.
- Take ownership of delivering business objectives set by the Store Leader, coaching the team to meet retail standards and service expectations.
- Support compliance tasks such as loss prevention and health and safety.
- Drive a positive attitude and exceed expectations at every opportunity.
- Share and embody the Superdry culture with colleagues.
- Maintain commercial awareness of KPIs and contribute ideas to improve performance.
- Be productive and make a positive impact each day.
- Be authentic and yourself.
- Hold keys for the store and manage opening, closing, and cash handling responsibilities.

- Support and supervise the team daily.
- Motivate the team to deliver excellent service.
- Provide clear direction and inspire associates to achieve targets.

- Coordinate operational tasks effectively.
