Job description

Role Title – Retail Team Leader/Supervisor - Milton Keynes - 32 hours per week - £12.29 per hour

DCK is one of the world's leading fashion jewellery companies, working with many well-known retailers and high street fashion brands. Some of our partners include River Island, M&S, Matalan, Tesco, Boots, and many more!

Our Retail Supervisors are key to our business, providing face-to-face contact and hands-on merchandising expertise in the stores we work with, along with line management responsibility for our team of retail associates. In return, we offer:

This role is on a 32-hour contract per week, Monday to Friday. The pay rate is £12.29 per hour.

Location: You will cover the zone of Milton Keynes, and your base town will be Milton Keynes.

This is a multi-site role, providing coverage in your designated zone, so you will need to drive and have access to your own vehicle.

Being tech-savvy is desirable as we use various apps to streamline work processes.

Job role

• You will need to be host and customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional, and positive attitude – an ambassador for our brands
• Consistently deliver excellent product presentation and visual merchandising standards to optimise sales
• Provide line management support to your team of retail associates, offering zone escalation support and ad-hoc expertise as needed
• Follow all operational processes and policies to ensure an efficient and safe working environment
• Your appointments will be scheduled using our industry-leading system, accessible via your mobile phone

The experience we are looking for:

• Supervisory experience in a retail setting is essential – you should enjoy working in a team and building professional relationships
• Confident & positive with good interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working unsupervised, following written and visual instructions
• Excellent personal presentation as an ambassador for our brands
• Ability to travel efficiently within the zone using your own vehicle. A full valid driving licence and access to your vehicle are required
• Access to a device with Android 8.1+ or iOS 13.4+ operating system
• Proficiency with mobile software and apps
