Job summary

Sodexo Live! in the United Kingdom is seeking a Kitchen Porter to maintain kitchen cleanliness and support a busy service. The role includes routine hazard checks, proper waste disposal, and complying with COSHH guidelines.

Qualifications

• To ensure the cleanliness of the Kitchen
• Visual hazard check of kitchen
• To clean equipment, utensils, crockery, and glass throughout and after service
• Correct disposal of rubbish
• Cleaning / tidying of kitchen throughout and after service
• Correct chemicals are used for cleaning purposes following COSHH guidelines
• Correct PPE is worn throughout shift, full uniform blue trousers & Tops, safety shoes must be worn at all times
• Kitchen cleanse is to the standard of EHO requirements
• Broken / malfunction equipment to be reported to the Supervisor immediately

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and order during service
• Perform routine hazard checks and report issues promptly
• Clean and sanitise equipment, utensils, crockery and glassware
• Dispose of rubbish correctly and safely
• Adhere to COSHH guidelines and wear required PPE
• Ensure kitchen is cleaned to EHO standards

Package Description

• £13.90 per hour
• 4 on 2 off rota ,the days off will change each week
• The shift pattern will be – 2 mornings ( 08:30–16:00) , 2 afternoons (15:00–22:30) , and 2 days off.
