Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Leeds is seeking a Team Leader to direct department associates, manage merchandising and pricing, and ensure a first‑class customer experience. You will supervise staff, support the GSM/DM, and help meet sales and service goals while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires 2–4 years in retail sales with supervisory experience a plus, and involves exposure to inventory management, POS systems, and customer service excellence in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience in retail sales.
• Some supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of department associates and drive sales.
• Execute merchandising directives and maintain plan-o-grams.
• Staff the department and participate in training and scheduling.
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to customers.
• Cooperate with management to meet sales, inventory, and payroll goals.
• Resolve issues with customers and associates in a professional manner.
• Lead product demos and coordinate event-related activities.
