• Take full ownership of day-to-day store operations and lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement, traffic and profitability.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through training, motivation and mentoring.
• Maintain store standards and handle health & safety responsibilities and banking tasks.
• Conduct performance appraisals, identify training needs and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Manager and marketing to execute strategies.
