The Role:

• Join our successful merchandising team as a Retail Merchandising Team Driver (driver with own vehicle).
• Responsibilities include carrying out merchandising tasks and overseeing the transportation of a small team of merchandisers to and from shifts.
• Typical week: 4-5 shifts from Sunday to Thursday, with shift lengths generally 12 hours, including days and nights.
• Shift assignments are accessible via our Field Power platform on your smartphone, where you can set availability and accept shifts.
• Work involves visiting various retail sites/stores with travel varying per shift.
• Responsibilities include escalating vehicle issues promptly, working as part of a team led by a manager or store management, and performing tasks such as stock replacement, shelf adjustments, and stock movement using client systems, roll cages, and pallet trucks.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Must be at least 21 years old due to unsociable hours and night shifts.
