Location: LEICESTER

Retail & Asset Solutions is seeking Retail Merchandising Team Drivers in your area. A valid full driving license is required.

The Company

We are a leading provider of Retail Stocktaking, Merchandising, and Supply Chain Management Services, with over 3,500 employees across the UK, offering a hardworking and rewarding workplace with progression opportunities.

The Role

• Seeking Retail Merchandising Team Drivers (drivers with own vehicles) to join our successful team.
• This role involves carrying out merchandising tasks and overseeing the transportation of a small team of merchandisers to and from shifts.
• Typical week includes 4-5 shifts from Sunday to Thursday.
• Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, including days and predominantly nights. Assignments are accessible via our Field Power platform on your smartphone, where you can set your availability and accept shifts.
• Clocking in and out is done using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.
• Work locations vary across different retail sites/stores, with travel requirements changing per shift.
• Responsible for timely vehicle issue escalation.
• Work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management.
• Responsibilities include removing and replacing stock using client plans and systems, adjusting shelf heights, and moving stock from warehouse to shop floor using roll cages and pallet trucks.

Key Skills/Experience Required

• Applicants must be at least 21 years old due to unsociable hours and night shifts.
• A full driving license is mandatory.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work long shifts are essential.
• Previous retail experience is desirable but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
