Salary: £30,516.20

Location: LEICESTER

Retail & Asset Solutions are currently looking for Retail Merchandising Team Drivers in your area. You must hold a full Driving License.

The Company

We are a leading provider of Retail Stocktaking, Merchandising and Supply Chain Management Services. With over 3500 employees throughout the UK, we offer a hardworking and rewarding workplace with many progression opportunities.

The Role

• We are looking for Retail Merchandising Team Drivers (driver with own vehicle) to join our successful merchandising team.
• This role involves carrying out merchandising tasks and overseeing the transportation of a small team of merchandisers to and from shifts.
• A typical week includes 4-5 shifts from Sunday to Thursday.
• Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, including days and nights (mostly nights). Availability is managed via our Field Power platform on your smartphone.
• You will clock in and out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.
• Work locations vary on different retail sites/stores, with travel depending on each shift.
• Timely escalation of vehicle issues.
• You will work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management.
• Responsibilities include:
• Removing and replacing stock based on client plans and systems.
• Adjusting shelf heights.
• Moving stock from warehouse to shop floor using roll cages and pallet trucks.
• Stock replenishment.

Key Skills/Experience Required

• Must be 21 or older due to unsociable hours including night shifts.
• Full Driving License required.
• Positive attitude and ability to work long shifts.
• Retail experience is desirable but training will be provided.
