Cosmetics Team Leader

Location: OXFORD WESTGATE - OXFORDSHIRE, OX1 1PE

Hours: 30 hours a week with an opportunity to work more hours.

Salary: £13.30 per hour.

The Role

We look for our Team Leaders to go beyond just management skills. One minute you’ll be rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in; the next, you’ll be managing and coaching your team. It’s real think-on-your-feet stuff! We recognize you are Superdrug’s future Store Managers.

• You’ll support the management team in daily business activities.
• Drive sales, develop, and deliver excellent customer service and store standards.
• Help maximize profit by working to reduce shrinkage, damages, till errors, and costs.

About You

• Ideally supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail KPIs, including sales, profit, and service.
• Confidence, resilience, and ambition, with the ability to help others develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided; not essential).
• Success in this role can lead to further opportunities within the company, as we promote from within and reward top performers.
