Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to manage a cleaning team across various Mitie clients. Your responsibilities will include recruiting and developing staff, maintaining high service standards, and overseeing routine and periodic cleaning tasks for a Mitie customer.

You will ensure staff understand and adhere to task schedules and health & safety procedures, providing technical training as needed. Additionally, you will distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness standards, manage material usage, and reorder stocks as necessary. Handling issues professionally and efficiently, you will escalate to your line manager when appropriate.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory and cleaning experience, excellent communication skills, reliability, and a professional attitude. Ability to work independently according to a schedule is essential.
