As an integral member of our Food & Beverage department, you will contribute to the ongoing success of our hotels and play a vital role in providing exceptional experiences for our guests.

You will be responsible for ensuring that our restaurant and bar areas are prepared for service to the highest standard, maintaining exceptional presentation at all times. Acting as an ambassador for our hotels, you will provide outstanding customer service and uphold our brand reputation.

Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you will assist in driving revenue growth by supporting the team and deputising in their absence. With a focus on exceptional food experiences, you will deliver a memorable and personalized service to all guests.
