CLEANING SUPERVISOR - HEALTHCARE

Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 5pm and 1am

Location: Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, Oxford, OX3 7LD

G4S Facilities Management is recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor on a full-time, permanent basis based in Oxford.

We seek a versatile individual with strong communication skills, capable of managing manual responsibilities while effectively prioritizing workload.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and monitor the cleaning services team
• Oversee shift and work patterns to meet fluctuating staff levels
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
• Monitor and maintain cleaning stock levels
• Support the team by undertaking cleaning duties when necessary
