Job summary

Toolstation Ltd is seeking a retail supervisor in our Leighton Buzzard store. You’ll oversee daily store operations, support the Store Manager, manage deliveries, stock shelves and help drive sales with excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include leading the team, ensuring a great customer experience, managing stock, and maintaining high branch standards. Eligible for progression within Travis Perkins Group.

Qualifications

• You don’t need retail experience. Just be focused on delivering great service and we’ll teach you the rest.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Store Manager in their absence, motivating and engaging the team to grow sales and hit targets.
• Mucking in with deliveries, unpacking, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch and assembling orders.
• Delivering great service with a smile, coaching the team to do the same even when busy.
• Building relationships with customers to ensure they leave the branch with everything they need for the job.
• Creating a fun working environment while maintaining product availability and branch standards.
