Toolstation Limited in Merton is seeking a Retail Supervisor (40 hours) to lead the team on busy days, check deliveries, stock shelves, and support the Store Manager. You’ll be the face of the branch, delivering great service and helping customers find what they need with a smile.

Responsibilities

• Supporting: stand in for Store Manager, motivate and coach the team to grow sales and hit targets
• Mucking in: check deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch, assemble orders
• Delivering great service: provide a great customer experience with a smile, even when busy
• Asking questions and building relationships: ensure customers leave with everything they need
• Building a fun working environment: maintain product availability and high branch standards
