• Support Store Manager in daily operations.
• Lead and motivate the retail team to hit sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and shopping experience.
• Maintain visual merchandising and stock presentation.
• Assist with stock deliveries and replenishment.
• Provide training and performance support.
• Cover store in Store Manager's absence.
• Help drive sales and achieve KPIs.
