Job summary

Sweaty Betty in Edinburgh is hiring for a store team member to support the manager, handle opening/closing duties, cash handling, stock control and merchandising while keeping the store well-presented at all times.

You will demonstrate a positive attitude, share product knowledge, and deliver authentic customer service to create memorable shopping experiences and contribute to the store's sales and KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience working in a customer-facing role. Supervisory experience is preferred, but not essential.
• Flexible and adaptable, you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.

Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in opening/closing, cash-handling, stock control and merchandising.
• Be a role model with a positive attitude and product knowledge.
• Create memorable customer experiences through authentic service.
• Help achieve sales goals and store KPIs and assist local marketing efforts.
• Carry out other duties as required by the manager.
• Maintain compliance with policies including health and safety and inventory.
• Own stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines.
