Job summary

Zachary Daniels in Dundee is seeking a Retail Supervisor to support the Store Manager and lead the team in delivering strong sales and excellent customer service.

You will drive the in-store experience, maintain merchandising standards, manage stock, and motivate staff to hit KPIs while ensuring a positive shopping environment.

The Role

As Retail Supervisor, you will support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, helping to motivate the team, deliver strong commercial results and maintain high retail standards.

You’ll play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience while ensuring the store operates efficiently.
